This German made 1918 Feurich 5’3” piano (serial number 33611) was completely refurbished in 2019.

The cabinet has been completely refinished, the pin block restored, new pins and new strings installed, the plate has been refinished, the soundboard restored, necessary action parts have been replaced, new hammers, restored and/or replaced hammer shanks, and the belly work and trap work have been restored.

Our Master Technician has done a complete regulation and voicing along with concert tuning. This piano has a lovely, rich sound with a controlled touch, exactly what you would expect in a Feurich of this vintage. It also possesses beautiful character and stunning cabinet work.

Measuring at 5’3” long x 5’ wide, this piano is perfect for the home with limited space requirements and a player who enjoys fine European craftsmanship.

Steffes and Schulz GmbH of Weisbaden Germany are responsible for the refurbishments of this piano. Mr. Steffes is the former owner of Wilhelm Steinberg Piano Company in Eisenberg, Germany.  Mr. Schulz is a fifth generation piano designer, technician and entrepreneur. Mr. Schulz family stretches back to the mid 1800s in the piano industry.
