The new G-165 has all the features that you would expect from Grotrian. In 2019 they began to use the phrase Homogenous Soundboard to describe the soundboard design. Grotrian has gone extra lengths to be sure that each part of the soundboard has been vigorously prepared so that each part of the soundboard will amplify the sound correctly.
This piano is incredible in every way and you will be shocked at the projection this model will produce. It has been expressed that the Chambre produces enough richness that you would have to move to the Charis to beat it. It is the ultimate in a 5'5" baby grand piano.
