This Steinway and Sons 5'10 3/4" model O grand piano bearing the serial number 100005 was originally manufactured in 1901 in New York City by Steinway and Sons Piano Manufacturing.

This piano was rebuilt in 2009 and has been in the same home since the rebuilding.  It has a new soundboard, new key covers, new strings, new hammers and new action parts.
